Our In-House Dental Membership Plan is designed to help patients without dental insurance receive high-quality, comprehensive care at an affordable price. This is not insurance—it’s a direct membership program that provides significant savings on preventive and restorative services right here in our office.

Your annual membership includes:

Preventive Care (100% Covered)

  • 2 Routine Dental Exams per year

  • 1 Regular Cleanings per year (or 1 periodontal maintenance cleaning, if enrolled in perio plan)

  • Annual Digital X-rays (bitewings or full necessary diagnostic set)

  • 1 Emergency Exam per year (includes problem-focused X-ray)

  • Oral Cancer Screening

  • Periodontal Evaluation

 

ADDITIONAL MEMBER SAVINGS

  • 10-15% discount on most additional treatments, including:

    • Fillings (15%)

    • Crowns & Bridges (10%)

    • Extractions (15%)

    • Dentures & Partials (10%)

    • Root Canals (10%)

    • Nightguards (10%)

    • Whitening (free) - Trays not included

    • Clear Aligners (if applicable)

    • Periodontal therapy (deep cleanings) (15%)

 

MEMBERSHIP PLANS & FEES

 

Adult Preventive Plan (ages 14+)

$199 per year

Includes all preventive benefits + 10-15% off additional treatments.

 

Child Plan (ages 13 and under)

$150 per year

Includes all preventive benefits + 10-15% off additional treatments.

 

Periodontal Maintenance Plan

(For patients diagnosed with periodontal disease)

$199 per year

Includes:

  • 1 free periodontal maintenance cleanings per year

  • 2 exams

  • Annual X-rays

  • 1 emergency exam

  • 10-15% discount on additional treatments.

 

MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES

  • This is not dental insurance and cannot be used in conjunction with dental insurance.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.

  • Benefits are valid only at Dunnellon Dentistry.

  • Membership is non-transferable.

  • Discounts apply only to services completed within the active membership year.

  • Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or third-party financing discounts.

  • Payment for membership is due in full at enrollment.

  • All treatment must be paid in full at the time of service to receive member discounts.

  • Membership automatically expires 12 months after enrollment.
